PUPS Pet Club — River North

PUPS Pet Club — River North

A PUPS club at 316 W Illinois St in River North.

Hours

• Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Boarding runs 365 days a year.

Daycare is closed at weekends here. This is the difference that matters between PUPS clubs, and it is easy to miss. Saturday and Sunday at this location are grooming by appointment and boarding only — no day play. If you need weekend daycare, the Gold Coast, Lakeshore East and Lakeview clubs run it seven days; Wicker Park also closes daycare at weekends.

Services: daycare (weekdays), grooming, overnight boarding in suites with evening walks, and reward-based training, private or group.

Parking is paid public street parking only. River North metered parking is among the worst in the city for a daily drop-off. If you are driving in every morning, check the transport zone first, or look at a club with its own spaces.

Transport is offered within a mapped local zone — call to confirm your address is inside it.

Pricing is not published. Ask for the vaccination requirements, whether there is a temperament test, the staff-to-dog ratio, and whether small and large dogs play separately before the first visit.

Hours, address, phone, services and the weekend daycare closure all verified from pupspetclub.com.
