- Cats and dogs welcome, up to two pets per home
- Dogs: $450 one-time, non-refundable fee per dog; cats $275
- Restricted breeds: Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Perro de Presa Canarios, Alaskan Malamutes, Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, Huskies, Bull Mastiffs and wolf hybrids
- Monthly pet rent and a weight limit are not published
