Amenities
A restaurant and bar on Randolph Street in the West Loop, from DineAmic Hospitality, doing American comfort food and pub classics.
The dog menu. Time Out Chicago reports a Pup Picks menu here — grilled skirt steak, a burger patty or chicken, plus a dessert called Woof Cream. The Bandit's own website publishes no dog policy and does not describe a patio; the patio and the dog menu are both reported by Time Out, which is why they are attributed here rather than stated flatly.
Go early with a dog. The Bandit's own hours put it at 4pm to midnight Monday through Wednesday, 4pm to 2am Thursday, 11:30am to 2am Friday, 11am to 3am Saturday and 11am to midnight Sunday, with brunch until 3pm at weekends. It becomes 21-and-over after 9pm on Friday and Saturday and the room is a late-night bar by then, so a dog visit is a daytime or early-evening plan. Weekend brunch is the obvious slot.
On dog menus and the city code. Chicago's dog-friendly-area ordinance allows water but not food in a designated dog area. The full explanation is on the Patios and Restaurants page.
