A seasonal outdoor café sitting in Berger Park on the Edgewater lakefront — one of very few places in Chicago where you can have a drink with your dog and actually look at Lake Michigan.
The obvious move is to pair it with a walk. Berger Park runs right along the water, and the Lakefront Trail's northern end is a few minutes south.
Seasonal. This is a summer-only proposition; don't plan around it in March.
