A Ravenswood brewery that makes German- and Czech-style lagers by traditional methods — open fermentation, horizontal lagering tanks — rather than the hop-forward ales most Chicago breweries lead with. The taproom sits under the Metra embankment at Belle Plaine and Ravenswood.
