Boarding runs 365 days a year, including the holidays when most independents close and the ones that stay open fill months ahead. Front-desk hours are as above, so a Christmas Day pickup means working within that Sunday-style window — ask when you book.

Services: daycare with social play and outdoor breaks, overnight boarding in suites with evening walks, grooming, and reward-based training. Four services under one roof, which matters mainly because your dog is already a known quantity to the staff.

Two practical things the site mentions and most competitors don't:

• Dedicated member parking on site. In Lakeview that is close to a luxury — most daycare drop-offs here mean circling for a space with a dog in the car.
• Transport within a mapped local zone, and 24/7 booking through their app. Worth confirming your address is in the zone before you count on it.
